Vincent Minissale passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, at his home in Ringwood, New Jersey. He was 72 years old. Vincent was born in Queens, New York to Jane & Vincent Minissale. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and was a lieutenant colonel in the US Air Force.  Following his active duty military service, he was employed as a commercial airline pilot, traveling the world for over 35 years before happily retiring. He served bravely in Operation Desert Shield and r emained a member of the US Air Force Reserve until 1994 . Vincent was a proud resident of Ringwood, New Jersey for over 40 years, where he raised all four of his loving children. He is survived by his mother Jane Minissale, his sister Barbara Johnson, his daughters Kara Carelli, Deirdre Minissale, and Andrea Cosmillo, his son Michael Minissale, and his grandson KJ Cosmillo.

A funeral service will be held for Vincent at St. Catherine of Bologna Parish, 112 Erskine Rd, Ringwood, NJ on January 4th, 2025 at 10am. A memorial reception and celebration of life will be held immediately following at the Skyline Lakes Clubhouse, 103 Skyline Lakes Drive, Ringwood, New Jersey. Please join Vincent's family for food, drinks, and fond memories between the hours of 12 to 5 pm.
