Victoria "Vicki" Kaye (nee Lambert) of Oakland, NJ passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, August 13 ^th at the age of 83.

Born January 30, 1940 she was the daughter of the late James and Evelyn Lambert. Vicki was predeceased in 2011 by William "Bill" Kaye, her loving husband of 53 years.

Loving mother to Susan Martins and her husband Tony of Oakland and to Kathy Marcheso of Pompton Lakes. Dearest and devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren: Nicholas Marcheso, Alexandra Martins and Amy Marcheso. She is also survived by her sister Lyn Minervini of Hasbrouck Heights.

Before retiring, Vicki was an Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Indian Hills High School in Oakland for many years. Prior to her tenure at Indian Hills, Vicki served as the Violations Clerk for the Oakland Municipal Court.

A resident of Oakland since 1963, Vicki was a long-time member and one time Captain of the volunteer Oakland First Aid Squad. She was also a former member and avid participant of the Rosary Society at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. Vicki gave generously of her time and was frequently involved in many community based activities; serving for several years as an Oakland Recreation cheerleading coach and participating in the local Mother's Club. Vicki also thoroughly enjoyed being a member of her weekly bowling team and was a dedicated and enthusiastic bingo player.

Vicki loved the beach and made many wonderful memories with her husband Bill, their children and grandchildren during many endless summers at their beach house in Ortley.
