Linzenbold, Ruth Claire of Oakland, NJ, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Ruth was born in Clifton, NJ on October 16, 1916 to William and Marie Cook and sister Marion. Ruth married Stephen Linzenbold in 1935, moved to Spring Valley, NY and had 5 children: William, Stephen, Robert, Jean and Scott. In 1963 the family moved to Suffern, NY. Ruth is predeceased by her husband, Stephen, son William and his wife Elizabeth, son Stephen and sister Marion. She has surviving sons Robert and Scott, daughter Jean, 3 granddaughters Linda, Maeghan and Gretchen, great and great, great grandchildren. Visitation and a memorial service will be at Oakland Memorial Home, 330 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland, NJ on Friday May 31, 2013 from 3 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org, would be appreciated.
