Chieffe, Russell, from an early age up until his death, devoted his life to putting others before himself. First as a member of ambulance and first aid squads as a teenager, to working in varied emergency rooms as a Registered Nurse, and then as a Physician's Assistant associated with private practices. He was a loving partner and companion, son and brother, uncle and nephew, co-worker and friend who will be dearly missed by all. He provided hope and compassion to all in his care. He acted as a cornerstone in the healing process for the critically ill, giving hope, compassion, strength, and most of all love. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 4, 2013 at 8:30 PM at the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt.202) Oakland, NJ.
