Patricia Marie Allen It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Allen on Thursday June 22nd, 2017 in Hackensack, NJ. Patricia was born to Patrick and Elizabeth Hegarty in the Bronx, New York on June 1st, 1937 and lived most of her life in Hawthorne, NJ and more recently in Homosassa Springs, Florida. Patricia was retired from her career at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Patricia enjoyed life and spending time with her family. She spend countless hours with her grandchildren teaching them to swim and filling their lives with joy. She enjoyed boating and fishing with her husband spending all their time together in their retirement. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Richard Allen, her children: sons Kevin Allen, Stephen Allen and his wife Janine, daughter Christine Barrett and husband Edward and her grandchildren Shelby, Dean, Ashley, Violet, Shane and Cara.
