Our Loving mother, Lydia McClure, passed away in her sleep on Friday 5/19/17. She is survived by her two sons, Lester of Norwich Ct. and Douglas and his wife Constanta "Tania" McClure of Clearwater Fl, Loving grand children Kelly and Megan of Mesa AZ and Daniel and Valad Predescu of Charlotte NC. Lydia was a charter member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Oakland, NJ She will always be rem~~Daniel & Vlad Predescu (grandsons) of Charlotte embered as the very intelligent and highly organized person she was. Born into extreme poverty, no shoes, one dress, no winter coat she rose to put one son thru college and still we had plenty to eat. This was all on 6 months work a year that my father could do as a carpenter. She was always volunteering at church and helping the cub scouts when we were cub scouts. Overall lead an outstanding life as a homemaker.
