Loving brother of Christina Griffin of Philadelphia, Pa. and David Griffin of Emmaus, Pa. James is also survived by many aunts and uncles a well as numerous cousins. James was a 2004 graduate of Indian Hills High School in Oakland where he played football for 4 years and was attending William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. He was also an avid Guitarist.
