Joan DeJohn (nee Brennan) passed away peacefully on August 7, 2020. Joan met her husband George at the young age of 16 and gave up her dreams of becoming a model to raise her five children: Debra Volin, Arlene, George, Victoria Maloney (Donald) and Michael. With strength and grace, Joan endured the tragedy of losing her son George and daughter Arlene, and later the passing of her husband George. Joan was a generous and loving grandmother to Sean, Melissa, Jessica, Justin, Nicole and Daryl and great-grandmother to Noah, Emma and Matthew. Joan was one of six children; she is predeceased by her brothers Gene, Donald, Peter and John and is survived by her sister Patricia Foschino and her husband Barry, and many loving nieces and nephews.
