Henry W. Schank (Bill) 87 of Waldwick, NJ passed away at the Villa Marie Claire on Tuesday, May 16. Bill was predeceased by his wife Helen after sharing 56 years of marriage. He is survived by daughter Deborah Dietze, son-in-law Eric Dietze, son Gary Schank, wife Patty Schank, grandchildren Jessica Dietze, Karly Schank and Dahlia Marmisch, brother Vincent Burke. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, dear friends Russ, Charlotte and Carol sharing old stories and jokes. One of his favorite sources of enjoyment was taking long leisurely drives - just because. He was extremely kind, giving and always came to your home with a dessert - he knew where the best bakeries were! Bill was an avid animal lover and enjoyed spending time with his neighborhood four-legged friends. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local animal shelter or Villamarieclaire.org
