Hector Napoleon Castro, a devoted father, proud grandfather, and unforgettable character, passed away after a life lived fully, boldly, and entirely on his own terms. Born in Ecuador, Hector immigrated to the United States as a young man, carrying with him little more than determination, a sharp mind, and the kind of stubborn optimism that would shape the rest of his journey. New Jersey became his home, and it was there that he built both his career and his family.

Hector was an engineer by trade-meticulous, inventive, and endlessly curious. He approached every problem like a puzzle waiting to be solved, whether it involved machinery, home repairs, or the occasional family dilemma. His hands were rarely still, and his mind never stopped working. He took pride in his craft and in the life he built through hard work and grit.

But Hector was far more than his profession. He was a storyteller, a
jokester, and a man with a presence impossible to ignore. He had a way of turning even ordinary moments into something memorable-sometimes hilarious, sometimes chaotic, always authentically him. His family will forever remember his quick wit, his mischievous grin, and the countless stories that could only have happened to Hector.

He was one hell of a character, and the world is quieter without him.
