It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eileen Anne Klingen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left us on July 18, 2024, at the age of 72.
Eileen was a beacon of love and warmth to all that met her, dedicated to her family and friends. She was the devoted wife to Thomas Klingen and a mother of three sons, Daniel, Brian, and Hasson, who were the center of her world. Her unwavering support, boundless affection, and nurturing spirit shaped their lives in countless ways, leaving a legacy of strength and kindness that will continue through them.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Eileen embraced every moment with grace and compassion. Her home in Ringwood was a haven filled with laughter, and comfort to all who walked through the unlocked door, where family gatherings and celebrations were always a highlight. Her love extended beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her including the children she fostered throughout her life.
Eileen's kindness knew no bounds; she was a friend to many, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Her selflessness and gentle nature will be remembered fondly by those whose lives she enriched.
Eileen is survived by her three sons, Daniel (Sarah), Brian (Katie), and Hasson (Madi), as well as her cherished grandchildren Sage, and Declyn. She is also survived by her loving brothers John, and Thomas, and many dear friends.
Eileen was a special person. She loved everyone she met and everyone who met Eileen loved her. The world is a better place because of her presence in it.
