Charles Dominic Verderame passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Oakland, New Jersey on April 17, 2018 at the age of 101. He is survived by his beloved wife Elizabeth of 61 years, loving father of Lance and his wife Marilyn of Livingston Manor, New York, Suzanne (Verderame) Singh and her husband Ranjit of Oakland, New Jersey, proud Grandfather of Matthew and his wife Stephanie of Chicago, Ashley and her Fiance' Steven of Hawthorne, Billy, Kimberly, Simi and Great-Grandfather of Maisy. He is pre-deceased by his six brothers, Anthony,Frederick,Gerald,Sylvester, Vincent , William and sister Mary. He will be remembered for his loving devotion to his wife, children and family, his quick wit, his love for gardening, fishing, carpentry, hard work ethic and his love for pets. He always said the secret to long life was to keep moving. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
