STINSON Charles R., 66 of Oakland, on May 16, 2015. Beloved and loving husband of Linda (nee Berghorn) and devoted father of Trevor, Charles is also survived by his brother Edward of Wyoming, his nieces, Mary Alexander and Kadie Elizabeth, his nephew Cody Alexander and great-nephews Mason and Demitri as well as other nieces and nephews and his sister-in-law, Barbara Norton. Born in Brooklyn, Charles graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in accounting and also earned an MBA from Brooklyn College. A self-proclaimed computer geek, Charles's computer skills were not only his profession but also his avocation. He took great pleasure in helping friends and family conquer their computer challenges. Charles loved crossword puzzles, sci-fi, and unusual trivia as well as indoor gardening, and spending time with friends and family. He was a loyal supporter and honorary member of The Ridgewood Singers for over thirty years. Visiting hours and a short memorial will be held Wednesday, May 27 from 6-8 PM at Oakland Memorial Home, 330 Ramapo Valley Road in Oakland, NJ.
