The Oakland Memorial Home was founded in 1962 with the express desire to serve the families of Oakland, New Jersey and the surrounding communities. At a time when many funeral homes are owned by mega-corporations listed on the national stock exchanges, the Oakland Memorial Home remains a local family business. We feel strongly that we can serve our Oakland and surrounding area families better if we remain family-owned and operated.
